Klaus Feldmeier
President & CEO

Klaus Feldmeier has been Silicon International's President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2002. He successfully acquired Silicon International and was appointed Chief Executive Office (CEO) in December 2003.

Before joining Silicon International, Mr. Feldmeier spent three years with KLA-Tencor as Senior Director of Asia Sales for the E-Beam Inspection and the Wafer Inspection divisions.

Prior to joining KLA-Tencor, he held sales and marketing management positions at Applied Materials, Varian Semiconductors, AG Associates, and senior engineering positions at LSI Logic, Hyundai Electronics, and AMD.

Mr. Feldmeier holds a bachelor's degree in Materials Science from San Jose State University, California. He has over 27 years of Semiconductor Industry experience and has been successfully involved in the Asia semiconductor market for over 21 years, with over 15 years in the China Semiconductor industry.

Ms. Winnie Lo
Director of Finance and Office Manager

Winnie Lo joined Silicon International, Ltd. in June 2003 as Financial Controller and Office Manager. Ms. Lo was promoted to Director of Finance in January 2004.

No sales, service or production organization can operate successfully without the guidance of a strong financial input. Ms. Lo provides this support and works closely with all the managers to assure the proper and economical expenditure of all funds.

Ms. Lo graduated with honors from the University of Central England in Birmingham with a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy, and she is a Certified Accountant with the Associate Membership of ACCA. She brings to Silicon International over 11 years of experience in the accounting field.

Prior to joining Silicon International, Ms. Lo held the positions of Business Administration Manager and Company Controller with Siemens and Nokia.

Ms. Angela Wei
Director of Marketing

Angela Wei joined Silicon International, Ltd. in May 2003 as Senior Marketing Executive. Ms. Wei was promoted to Director of Marketing in January 2004.

Prior to joining Silicon International, Ms. Wei was with renowned companies like AG Associates, Comdisco, and ATMI where she held various management positions of increasing responsibility.

A partial list of Ms Wei's roles includes Inside Sales Manager, Office Manager, and Logistics Manager. It was through her experience in these roles that Ms. Wei gained exposure to marketing and promotion activities.

Ms. Wei has over 12 years of Semiconductor Industry experience. Much of her expertise comes from direct work experience in Taiwan, where she has set up her current office.
